Publications
Virginia law requires landlords to provide certain disclosures to tenants and prospective tenants. Rather than bury these in a lease packet, they’re listed here so they’re easy to find, easy to reference, and easy to keep current. This list will grow over time as new required disclosures apply — think of it as a living index rather than a fixed one.
Draft-stage note: this list and its wording have not been reviewed by an attorney; confirm current versions before relying on them.
